PART I.B -- INFORMATION NOT LOCATED OR WITHHELD FROM DISCLOSURE We did not locate any agency records responsive to your request. Note: Agencies may treat three discrete categories of law enforcement and national security records as not subject to the FOIA ("exclusions"). See 5 U.S.C. 552(c). This is a standard notification given to all requesters; it should not be taken to mean that any excluded records do, or do not, exist.

RESPONSE TO FREEDOM OF FOIA-2023-000212-214 1 INFORMATION ACT (FOIA) REQUEST Response Type Interim Final PART I.D -- COMMENTS This response also serves to acknowledge receipt of your three requests on September 13, 2023. With respect to your request for NUREG/CR-4880, we reached out to you to clarify whether you were seeking Volume 1, Volume 2, or both. You tinformed us that you were seeking both volumes.
Upon receipt of your requests, as clarified, we reached out to the Office of Nuclear Regulatory Research (RES), under whose auspices the three NUREGs were prepared by contractors. RES staff determined that these reports may be released in their entirety and, accordingly, have now been made available to you and other members of the public in NRC's official recordkeeping repository, Agencywide Documents Access and Management System [ADAMS] under the following Main Library (ML) accession numbers:
