Records on the Surrey issue/ interface LOCA discovered during the WASH-1400 study discussed with [a named individual]; documents sent to or received by that individual or by NRC staff relating to studies on siting criteria for nuclear plants drafted circa 1991-1992; and any memos from the files of Ivan Selin or other Commissioners.

RESPONSE TO FREEDOM OF NRC-2021-000179 4 INFORMATION ACT (FOIA) REQUEST Response Type Interim Final PART I.D -- COMMENTS Upon receipt of your request, we had tasked the Offices of the Secretary to the Commission (SECY), Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR), Nuclear Regulatory Research (RES) , the Office of Public Affairs (OPA) and the Office of the Executive Director for Operations (OEDO) to search for any responsive records. By responses dated August 12, 2022, November 23, 2022, and June 16, 2023, this Office provided you interim responses that addressed some of the records located by SECY, NRR, OPA, RES, and OEDO. This fourth, and final, response addresses the remaining records SECY, RES and OEDO located. Those records are enclosed.
