Good morning! We have a new SLO (Designate) for Montana - Brett Lloyd. He also will assume the function of Advance Notification Designee for Part 71, 73, & 37 shipments for the State.
His office has sent up the Chair letter to the Governors office for signature but we dont know exactly when that letter will be officially signed and sent to Chair Hanson.
In the interim could you please request the various websites (SLO and Advance Notification Designee) be updated with his contact info:

Ill be forwarding up your contact information to the NRC HQ staff to make changes to the various NRC websites to reflect that you are now the Acting SLO (marked as Acting only until we receive the official Governors letter) and Advance Notification Designee for the state of Montana. If you
get an electronic copy of the signed Governors letter, please pass it along to me as the official one goes by standard mail to the NRC Chairs office.
