[External_Sender] Proposed Schedule Change for NRC Readiness Assessment
- Omid, Per ML23144A332, CFPP project team requests the NRC staff to conduct a preapplication readiness assessment of the draft CFPP Combined License Application (COLA) prior to its planned submittal in January 2024. The letter included a proposed schedule for the NRC readiness assessment.
The purpose of this email is to notify the staff of a schedule change. FSAR Chapter 16, Part 4 and Part 5 of the COLA will not be included as part of Phase
- 4. The CFPP project team requests that FSAR Chapter 16, Part 4 and Part 5 Readiness Assessment be conducted in a new Phase 5, beginning September 11th.
Please let us know of the staffs availability to support this revised timeline.
