WITHDRAWAL (EPID NO. L-2022-NEW-0003)
Dear Alex Ferguson:
By letter dated October 29, 2021, Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML21302A166, Croft Associates Limited (Croft) submitted an application for a new certificate of compliance. Croft based the application on an approved package design, the Model No. 3977A (Docket No 71-9338), but limited the contents to Molybdenum-99. By letter dated August 28, 2023 (ADAMS Accession No. ML23249A172), Croft submitted a letter to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) withdrawing the October 29, 2021, application request. The NRC acknowledges Crofts application withdrawal and will cease all work related to EPID No. L-2022-NEW-0003.
In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Part 2, Agency Rules of Practice and Procedure, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) or from the Publicly Available Records component of the NRCs ADAMS. ADAMS is accessible from the NRC website at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html. The PDR is open by appointment.
