PART I.B -- INFORMATION NOT LOCATED OR WITHHELD FROM DISCLOSURE We did not locate any agency records responsive to your request. RESPONSE TO FREEDOM OF FOIA-2023-000173 1 INFORMATION ACT (FOIA) REQUEST Response Type Interim Final PART I.D -- COMMENTS Attached is NRC's final response to your FOIA request, perfected by the NRC on July 27, 2023. The responsive record was provided by the NRC's Office of Administration (ADM), who is responsible for NRC procurements.
On August 14, 2023, you agreed to pay $44.14 for search and review fees. However, because our response is beyond the statutory deadline of 20 working days, the NRC can only charge you for review time. The estimated review time was 1/4 hour, which came to $22.07. This amount is under the NRC's minimum threshold of $25. Therefore, there will be no fees charged for your FOIA request.
