Thank you for your July 20, 2023, letter (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession (ADAMS) No.: ML23220A118) in response to the Notice of Nonconformance (NON) that was discussed in the subject U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) inspection report (IR).
