August 23, 2023 MEMORANDUM TO THE PETITIONERS IN:
PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY (Diablo Canyon Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation)
This is to inform the petitioners that Commissioner Bradley R. Crowell will tour the Diablo Canyon Power Plant on Tuesday, August 29, 2023. This is a routine visit to obtain a general familiarity with the facility. The Commissioner will not engage in any substantive discussion during the site visit about any of the issues that have been raised in the adjudicatory proceeding for the proposed license renewal of the Diablo Canyon Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation.
