FYI: Expiration of Certificate of Compliance No. 9226 Date: Friday, August 18, 2023 8:58:00 AM Good morning Mr. Pater, I wanted to inform you that Certificate of Compliance No. 9226, Revision No. 5 has an expiration date of October 31, 2023. In accordance with 10 CFR 71.38(b), an application must be submitted 30 days in advance of the expiration date for the certificate to be considered under timely renewal.
