RESPONSE TO NRC INSPECTION REPORT 150-00017/2022-001 AND NOTICE OF VIOLATION
Dear Seth Licalzi:
On July 7, 2023, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) cited Olivier International, LLC, for one Severity Level IV violation involving the failure to file an initial NRC Form 241, and pay the required reciprocity fee, prior to performing licensed activities in Federal jurisdiction for calendar year 2023. NRC Inspection Report 150-00017/2022-001 with enclosed Notice of Violation (Notice) required a written reply within 30 days (NRC Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML23184A137). In a letter dated July 12, 2023, and supplemented with a letter dated July 28, 2023, you provided a reply to the Notice (ADAMS Accession No. ML23228A049).
After reviewing the information provided in your reply to the Notice, we have concluded that your response was adequate to address the required information, and that your completed and planned actions appear to adequately address the noncompliance described in the Notice. We may review your implementation of these corrective actions during a future inspection to determine whether full compliance has been restored.
