SMR, LLC is pleased to submit presentation materials for a preapplication meeting regarding RG 1.99, reactor pressure vessel embrittlement analysis, and the associated material surveillance program for SMR-160.
Enclosures 1 and 2 contain the proprietary and non-proprietary versions of the presentation materials that will be used to support the meeting, respectively. SMR, LLC requests that Enclosures 1 be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 and an Affidavit is also included with this letter as Enclosure 3.
