DELEGATION OF OPERATOR LICENSING AUTHORITY Authority to be Delegated As of the effective date of this memorandum, signature authority for issuing or denying operator licenses is delegated to the Chief, Operations Branch 2, Division of Reactor Safety.
This authority is being delegated to provide for the efficient processing of applications for operator licenses.
Limitations This delegation survives the incumbent, but will become effective for new incumbents only upon the execution of an acknowledgment clause as given below.
The authority delegated is limited to the authority delegated to the Director and Deputy Director, Division of Reactor Safety under memorandum from the Regional Administrator, Region II, dated January 27, 1997.

Effective Date This delegation is effective as of the date on which the attached acknowledgment is signed.

Endress 2 DELEGATION OF OPERATOR LICENSING AUTHORITY ACKNOWLEDGMENT I have read and understand the authority and limitations on that authority contained in the January 27, 1997, and September 18, 2007, memoranda from the Regional Administrator and Director, Division of Reactor Safety on the subject delegation of operator licensing authority. I am now ready to accept the delegation of authority contained in the memoranda.
