SMR, LLC is pleased to submit presentation materials for a preapplication meeting regarding an update to seismic methodology results to support the construction permit application for the SMR160 design.
Enclosures 1 and 2 contain the proprietary and non-proprietary versions of the presentation materials that will be used to support the meeting, respectively. SMR, LLC requests that Enclosure 1 be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 and an Af"davit is also included with this letter as Enclosure 3.
