OF THE JULY 17, 2023, PARTIALLY CLOSED MEETING WITH WESTINGHOUSE ELECTRIC COMPANY, LLC TO DISCUSS TOPICAL REPORTS REGARDING THE EVINCITM MICRO-REACTOR DESIGNS ADVANCED LOGIC SYSTEM V2 PLATFORM AND DEVELOPMENT PROCESS The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff held a partially closed meeting with Westinghouse Electric Company, LLC (Westinghouse) on July 17, 2023, to discuss topical reports related to Westinghouses eVinciTM micro-reactor design. The purpose of this meeting was for the NRC staff to ask clarifying questions on their review of the topical reports submitted by Westinghouse on the Advanced Logic System v2 Platform (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML22355A236) and the Advanced Logic System v2 Development Process (ML22355A238).
The partially closed meeting notice can be found in ADAMS (ML23178A222). This meeting notice was posted on the NRC public website as a partially closed meeting because the topical reports are withheld in their entirety as proprietary commercial information and are being withheld from public disclosure. Enclosure 1 provides the list of meeting attendees. Enclosure 2 provides the feedback and questions that were shared with Westinghouse, and a summary of the meeting discussions.
