CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE NO. 9309, REVISION NO. 14, FOR THE MODEL NO. RAJ-II PACKAGE
Dear Scott Murray:
On July 14, 2023, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff issued Certificate of Compliance USA/9309/B(U)F-96, Revision No. 13, for the Model No. RAJ-II package (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System [ADAMS] Accession No. ML23191A149). Inadvertent errors were subsequently found in one cell of Table No. 3 and one row of Table No. 5 of the certificate. Enclosed is Certificate of Compliance USA/9309/B(U)F-96, Revision No. 14 along with the corresponding safety evaluation report.
Global Nuclear Fuel has been registered as a user of the package under the general license provisions of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 71.17 or 49 CFR 173.471. The approval constitutes authority to use the package for shipment of radioactive material and for the package to be shipped in accordance with the provisions of 49 CFR 173.471.
