OF CLOSED PRE-SUBMITTAL MEETING FOR THE FUTURE SUBMITTAL OF WESTINGHOUSE ELECTRIC COMPANY TOPICAL REPORT WCAP-16747-P, REVISION 2, POLCA-T: SYSTEM ANALYSIS CODE WITH THREE-DIMENSIONAL CORE MODEL, APPENDICES C AND D (PROPRIETARY/NON-PROPRIETARY) (EPID L-2023-TOP-0029)
On June 20, 2023, a closed pre-submittal virtual meeting was held between the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff and Westinghouse Electric Company (Westinghouse) representatives. The purpose of the meeting was for Westinghouse representatives to present proprietary information related to the future submittal of Westinghouse Topical Report (TR)
WCAP-16747-P, Revision 2, POLCA-T: System Analysis Code with Three-Dimensional Core Model, Appendices C and D. The Westinghouse representatives provided a detailed overview of POLCA-T code and a summary of the code updates and new models. The Westinghouse representatives also described licensing status and discussed the schedule for the submittal.
By a letter dated June 14, 2023, Westinghouse submitted the presentation slides (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Package Accession No. ML23166B074). The meeting was noticed on May 26, 2023, and meeting notice is available in ADAMS under Accession No. ML23146A057. The list of attendees is enclosed.
