By letter dated February 17, 2023 (ML23048A308), X Energy, LLC (X-energy) submitted for U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC, the Commission) review the Xe-100 Plant Control and Data Acquisition System White Paper, Revision 3.
The NRC staff completed its review of the information submitted in the white paper. The NRC staff placed a copy of the white paper draft feedback in the Box.com folder to which you have access.
Please review the draft feedback for proprietary information. Pursuant to Section 2.390 of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR), the NRC staff marked all proprietary information in the draft feedback. If you identify additional proprietary information in the draft feedback, please mark the information line-by-line and define the basis pursuant to the criteria of 10 CFR 2.390. Use double brackets and yellow highlight to identify any proprietary information as follows: (( proprietary information )). Please provide comments on any proprietary aspects of the feedback within ten (10) business days of the date of this email.
