Dear Don Shaw:
As requested by your application dated February 15, 2023 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Package Accession No. ML23046A179), as supplemented May 19 and June 27, 2023, enclosed is Certificate of Compliance No. 9358, Revision No. 8, for the Model No. TN-LC package. The staff's Safety Evaluation Report is enclosed.
TN Americas LLC has been registered as a user of the package under the general license provisions of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations 10 CFR 71.17 or 49 CFR 173.471. The approval constitutes authority to use the package for shipment of radioactive material and for the package to be shipped in accordance with the provisions of 49 CFR 173.471.
