PREDECISIONAL ENFORCEMENT CONFERENCE
SUMMARY
Licensee: BWXT Nuclear Operations Group, Inc.
Facility: BWXT Nuclear Operations Group, Inc. - Lynchburg License No.: SNM-42 Docket No.: 07000027 EA Case No.: EA-23-040 On June 21, 2023, representatives of BWXT met with NRC personnel in the NRC Region 2 office located in Atlanta, GA, to discuss two apparent violations identified two apparent violations identified in NRC Inspection Report No. 07000027/2023-006; (NRCs Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML23115A020). The conference was held at the request of the licensee and was conducted in-person with some participants and members of the public attending virtually via Microsoft Teams.
The licensee presented a summary of the causes for the apparent violations and their corrective actions. A copy of the presentation slides is publicly available in ADAMS Accession No. ML23177A005.
The attendance list is attached to this summary (Enclosure 1).
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and enclosure will be made available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the NRCs Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS),
