OF JUNE 22, 2023, CLOSED MEETING TO DISCUSS THE U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION STAFFS PROPRIETARY QUESTIONS ON TERRESTRIAL ENERGY USAS UNCERTAINTY QUANTIFICATION METHODOLOGY FOR CALCULATION OF IMSR OFF-GAS SOURCE TERM TECHNICAL REPORT On June 22, 2023, (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS)
Accession No. ML23153A180) the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff held a closed meeting to discuss NRC staffs proprietary questions pertaining to Terrestrial Energy, USA, Inc.s (TEUSA) technical report Uncertainty Quantification Methodology for Calculation of IMSR Off-Gas Source Term (ML23139A163). At the conclusion of the meeting, the NRC staff had a better understanding of what TEUSA is requesting the NRC staff to review and provide feedback on. TEUSA clarified that they would like feedback on their technical report within 60 days from the closed meeting date, which was revised from the original request of 60 days from the date of the submittal.
