June 7-8, 2023, the Committee considered the following regulatory guides. No response to this memorandum is requested.

- 1. Draft Guide (DG)-1364 (Regulatory Guide (RG) 1.61, Revision 2), Damping Values for Seismic Design of Nuclear Power Plants (ML22273A011). The Committee does not request a briefing on this topic at this time but requests to be informed about the public comments and how they are resolved prior to issuing the final regulatory guide.
- 2. RG 1.152, Revision 4 (previously DG-1374), Criteria for Programmable Digital Devices in Safety-Related Systems of Nuclear Power Plants (ML23137A249). The Committee does not request a briefing on this topic.
