- Scott, Not sure what was going on with the section numbering next time I opened the file it displayed as I wanted it to. I think my version of WORD briefly showed some already accepted changes. Please disregard my below comment on section numbering not being correct.
I agree with all the NRC suggested changes to the license document and all of J. Wachutkas suggestions in the Tech Specs. I added one additional administrative edit to Tech Spec section 3.5.1 see attached. Please attach your affirmation statement and forward to the NRC.

Please correct the numbering how you want it and submit back as a marked and clean copy in Word. The clean copy is to make sure the format, pagination, etc., will be as you expect it when we reissue the TS to you. Please find attached the OGC comments on the GEH NTR license and TS. My intention is to accept them all. The TS comments are primarily grammatical changes (punctuation, etc.)
The license are punctuation, to clarify Part 40 inclusion, or duplicative information that we wish to eliminate.
Please look these comments over. If you agree, please email me under an affirmation statement (as we did before) that these are changes you wish to be incorporated. I will then work with OGC for acceptance of the documents.
As always, please call me if you have any questions/concerns regarding any of these comments!
