Reference:

1. EN 56484, Crane Swing Controls Not Established On April 21, 2023, Louisiana Energy Services LLC, dba Urenco USA (UUSA), made an Event Notification to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Operations Center in accordance with 10 CFR 70.74(a) and 10 CFR 70 Appendix A (a)(4). This notification, (Reference 1) was made due to failure to properly implement IROFS administrative controls. UUSA also provided two additional updates to Reference 1 per 10 CFR 70.74(a).
