In accordance with 10 CFR 95.57(b), Louisiana Energy Services, LLC, also dba Urenco USA, submits the monthly Security Event Log. The enclosure to this letter provides a copy of this event log for the period of January 1, 2023 through May 30, 2023. Details of each event in the event log are available upon request. There were no security events during the month of May 2023.

The enclosure to this letter contains Security Related Information and should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1) and RIS 2005-31.
