This is a Partially Closed meeting. Certain portions of this meeting will be closed to the public because the staff has determined that the information (is proprietary in nature, contains safeguards information, etc.).
Purpose:
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff will meet with X Energy, LLC (X-energy) as a follow-up to the meeting that was held on April 17, 2023. At this meeting, the NRC staff will present during the public portion of the meeting on the topic of Control Room Operator Qualification. The closed portion of the meeting will occur if it is necessary to discuss the proprietary information presented at the meeting that was held on April 17, 2023.
