This letter is in response to your letter requesting to amend S ealed Source and Device Registration Certificates NR-1235-S-102-S, NR-1235-S-104-S, NR-1235-S-106-S, NR-1235-S-107-S, NR-1235-S-108-S, and NR-1235-S-109-S, dated February 10, 2023. The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff has completed your request and copi es of the amended registration certificates are enclosed.
Please be advised that you must manufacture and distribute the products in accordance with the statements and represent ations contained in your applicatio n, with enclosures thereto, and the information set out in your registration certificates. As a general rule, you must request and obtain an amendment to the certificates before you make changes or modifications to the information submitted to obtain the certificates.
Please read over the registration certificates in their entiret y and notify us immediately of any errors or omissions.
You are obligated to notify us promptly in writing should you d ecide to no longer manufacture, distribute, or offer service support for the product.
