[External_Sender] CFPP/NRC Extension of Pre-application Readiness Assessment for the Draft Limited Work Authorization Environmental Report Omid and Dan, The Carbon Free Power Project requests the NRC staff to extend the pre-application readiness assessment for the draft Limited Work Authorization Environmental Report (ML23054A250 and ML23067A301) to June 16, 2023.
The extended period allows for NRC staff to have follow-up discussions and observe the following sections:
- Section 2.2, Water Resources
- Section 4.0, Environmental Impacts from Construction of the Proposed Project
- Section 4.1, Land Use
- Chapter 7, Cumulative Impacts
- Appendix A, Consultations
- Appendix B, Environmental Protection Plan
