PGE and PacifiCorp submit Form 10-0 reports to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC); EWEB is a government entity that does not submit a Form 10-0 with the SEC, or a Form 1 with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. Therefore, in accordance with 10 CFR 72.80(6), only EWEB is required to submit an Annual Financial Report.
