SMR, LLC is pleased to submit presentation materials for a preapplication meeting regarding compliance with 10 CFR 50.62 anticipated transient without scram (ATWS) to support the construction permit application for the SMR-160 design.
Enclosures 1 and 2 contain the proprietary and non-proprietary versions of the presentation materials that will be used to support the meeting, respectively. SMR, LLC requests that Enclosure 1 be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 and an Affidavit is also included with this letter as Enclosure 3.
