SUMMER NUCLEAR STATION (VCSNS) UNIT 1 INDEPENDENT SPENT FUEL STORAGE INSTALLATION ANNUAL RADIOACTIVE EFFLUENT RELEASE REPORT In accordance with 10 CFR 72.44(d)(3), Dominion Energy South Carolina, Inc. hereby submits the Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) annual report for the previous twelve months of operation at VCSNS.

By the design of the seal welded storage canisters of the ISFSI, there are no plausible effluent release pathways. Periodic surveillances and radiological surveys of and around the facilities performed during the year confirm that the canister and overpack assemblies are performing as designed. The effluent releases from the ISFSI for the past twelve months is zero.
