Docket No. 71-9365 RT-100 SAR Rev. 9 - Record of Revisions Page 2 of 3 Location SAR REV 8 SAR REV 9 2.13.2.8 NA Added a new Section 2.13.2.8 for vibration-induced loads, 2.13.2.8.1 NCT Vibration-induced Loads for Primary Lid Closure Bolts 2.13.2.8.2 NCT Vibration-induced Loads for Secondary Lid Closure Bolts 2.13.3 Tables 2.13.3-1 and 2.13.3-2 The combined prying tensile bolt forces and bending moments are calculated using the combined fixed edge force (Ff_c) and the combined fixed edge moment (Mf_c) per the methods presented in Table 4.9-II, and Table 2.1 and Table 2.2 of NUREG/CR-6007 [Ref. 10].

Ff_c is calculated by adding fixed edge forces of internal pressure and impact. Similarly, Mf_c is calculated by adding fixed edge moments of internal pressure and impact. Because the fixed edge forces and moments from the 9-meter drop bound the pin puncture and external pressure, it is conservatively added with the fixed edge from the internal pressures for the HAC cases.

Mt = 0.5 kN-m, torsional bolt moment (Table 2.13.3 1)

Updated Tables 2.13.3-1 and 2.13.3-2 with the following, Updated tables titles Updated preload torsional moments values in both tables Updated fire temperature HAC values in both tables Removed torsional moment values for puncture, free drop (NCT), and free drop (HAC) in Table 2.13.3-1 Removed torsional moment values for puncture and free drop (HAC) in Table 2.13.3-2 Added Vibration (NCT) loads to both tables Updated the minimum preload value in Table 2.13.3-2 Updated the puncture non-prying force in Table 2.13.3-2 The combined prying tensile bolt forces and bending moments are calculated using the combined fixed edge force (Ff_c) and the combined fixed edge moment (Mf_c) per the methods presented in Table 4.9-II, and Table 2.1 and Table 2.2 of NUREG/CR-6007

[Ref. 10]. The NCT impact bounds the NCT vibration loads for the primary and secondary lid bolts, respectively. Therefore, the variables Ff_c and Mf_c are calculated by combining the internal pressure and NCT impact.

Mt = 0.47 kN-m (use 0.5), torsional bolt moment (Table 2.13.3 1) 2.13.4 NA Added a new Section 2.13.4 for fatigue analysis, 2.13.4.1 Fatigue Analysis for Primary Lid Bolts 2.13.4.2 Fatigue Analysis for Secondary Lid Bolts

Docket No. 71-9365 RT-100 SAR Rev. 9 - Record of Revisions Page 3 of 3 Location SAR REV 8 SAR REV 9 2.16 NA Added a new Appendix 2.16:

This Appendix includes Table I-9.0 and Figure I-9.4 for the fatigue analysis in section 2.13.4.

2.17 NA Added two new references 65 and 66:

65. American Society of Mechanical Engineers, ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (BPVC): Section III - Rules for Construction of Nuclear Facility Components -

Division 1 - Subsection NB - Class 1 Components, 2010.

66. American Society of Mechanical Engineers, ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (BPVC): Section III - Rules For Construction of Nuclear Facility Components," Division 1-Appendices, 2010.

8.2.3.2 NA Added step 6 for the annual component inspection:

The primary and secondary lid bolts shall be replaced after 500 cycles based on cask operator records. One cycle is defined as when the bolts are installed and fully torqued.
