2023 EP Document Request.docx Hi Steve, Ive attached the document request for the Emergency Preparedness inspection. The inspectors will be myself, Paul Startz and Justin Raudabaugh.
If possible, please have the documents available no later than one week before the inspection. Please also let us know if we need to complete any site access training or take other actions for site access.
If possible, an entrance meeting should be scheduled for 13:00 on Monday, with an exit meeting at 16:00 on Thursday.
