11 and 12 and Revisions to Amendment Nos. 0 through 9.
- Description of the document: This rule revises the NRCs spent fuel storage regulations to update the MAGNASTOR Storage System to include Amendment Nos. 11 and 12 and revisions to Amendment Nos. 0 through 9 to Certificate of Compliance No. 1031.
- Dates: The direct final rule will become effective 75 days after publication unless the NRC receives a significant adverse public comment.
