Holtec International (Holtec) is self-reporting the required quarterly reports per 10 CFR 110.54(a)(1) for exports shipped in previous quarters (2021Q1, 2022Q3 and 2022Q4) were submitted late for exports described in Export License XCOM1308 under NRC do cket No.
11006254.
After self-identifying the issue Holtec ha s completed the appropri ate NRC AP forms and submitted them in accordance with 10 CFR 110.54(a)(2).
Additionally, the issue was put into Holtecs Corrective Action Program (CAP) under # 3350 to evaluate the issue and provide corrective action s t o preclud e reoccurrence. A corrective action included an extent of condition on previous export s to ensure the no other reporting issued where identified. No other export reporting issue s w ere identified a s part of the extent of condition.
Also, as an additional corrective action, the Regulatory Issue Summar y (RIS) RIS-19- 01 titled, Clarification of Export Reporting Requirements for Nuclear Facilities, Equipment, and Non-Nuclear Materials will be incorporated into Project Manager training.
