May 3-5, 2023, the Committee considered the following regulatory guides. No response to this memorandum is requested.

- 1. Draft Guide (DG)-1386 (Regulatory Guide (RG) 1.73, Revision 2), Qualification of Safety-Related Actuators in Production and Utilization Facilities (ML23083B325). The Committee does not request a briefing on this topic at this time but requests an opportunity for a briefing prior to finalizing the regulatory guide.
- 2. RG 4.27 (previously DG-4029), Use of Plant Parameter Envelope in Early Site Permit Applications for Nuclear Power Plants (ML23122A077). The Committee requests a Subcommittee briefing on this topic.
