I am pleased to submit the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's (NRC's) 2023 Strategic Limited English Proficiency Plan (SLEPP) in response to your November 21, 2022, Memorandum to Heads of Federal Agencies, Heads of Civil Rights Offices, and General Counsels. The SLEPP includes the NRCs efforts to strengthen our commitment to language access and is consistent with Executive Order 13166, Improving Access to Services for Persons with Limited English Proficiency (August 16, 2000).
