Dear Mr. McCormick-Barger:
The Ohio State University (OSU) is pleased to submit this Letter of Intent summarizing the schedule for g
the evaluation of current environmental conditions at the OSU - Fawcett Site located at 2400 Olentangy River Road, Columbus, Ohio. OSU will evaluate the pathways potentially impacted by the burials which took place at the Fawcett Site between 1%3 and 1971 as permitted by the Atomic Energy Commission regulations in effect at that time. OSU will be performing a radiological evaluation of these pathways.
As you discussed with Mr. Bob Peterson on April 18,1996, the deadline for submission of the detailed j.
work plan to the NRC has been changed from May 3,1996 to May 17,1996. The following is a j
preliminary schedule:
