Enclosed is a revised application (XCOM1354), dated May 1, 2023, received by the U.S.
Nuclear Regulatory Commission, from Caran Precision Engineering & Manufacturing Corp., for the export of 4,000 grids, components classified under title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 110, Appendix A, Item 11, to be used in the assembly of fuel bundles for a light water reactor at State Enterprise National Nuclear Energy Company in Ukraine.
Your assistance in obtaining the necessary assurances from the Governments of Sweden and Ukraine, per 110.42 (b), will be appreciated.
