Kairos Power LLC Submittal of Kairos Power Safeguards Information Protection Plan This letter submits the Safeguards Information Protection Plan for Kairos Power, included herewith as. Kairos Power requests an NRC determination that Kairos Power has provided sufficient assurance that it will protect Safeguards Information in its possession from unauthorized disclosure in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR §§ 73.21, 73.22, and 73.23. Further, following that determination, Kairos Power requests access to the list of documents in Enclosure 2.
Enclosures 1 and 2 contain security-related information and Kairos Power requests they be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1).
