Meeting with SHINE Technologies LLC to discuss Change in Seismic Approach for the Installation of Process Equipment Date(s) and Time(s): May 11, 2023, 09:00 AM to 12:00 PM ET Location: Teleconference Category: This is an Observation Meeting. This is a meeting in which attendees will have an opportunity to observe the NRC performing its regulatory function or discussing regulatory issues. Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions of the NRC staff or make comments about the issues discussed following the business portion of the meeting; however, the NRC is not actively soliciting comments towards regulatory decisions at this meeting.

Purpose:

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss SHINE Technologies' LLC plans to implement a risk-informed performance based seismic approach for the installation of process equipment in the SHINE Medical Isotope Production Facility. Members of the public interested in participating in the meeting should email the NRC Meeting Contacts three business days before the meeting (May 8th) to obtain additional information. Portions of the meeting may be closed to discuss proprietary information.
