SUMMARY

OF CLOSED CALL HELD WITH TRISO-X LLC TO DISCUSS THE INTEGRATED SAFETY ANALYSIS METHODOLOGY AND NATURAL PHENOMENA HAZARDS ON APRIL 13, 2023 The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) hosted a closed call with TRISO-X, LLC (TRISO-X) on April 13, 2023. The meeting consisted of two technical discussions to seek clarification on information in the TRISO-X license application. The meeting consisted of two parts, one on the Integrated Safety Analysis methodology and the second on Natural Phenomena Hazards. The call was held from 2:00pm to 4:00pm with 1 hour1.157407e-5 days <br />2.777778e-4 hours <br />1.653439e-6 weeks <br />3.805e-7 months <br /> for each topic. The closed call was noticed on March 29, 2023 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML23088A023).

The NRC and TRISO-X staff agreed that additional technical discussions may be conducted as the staff works to complete its review and develop requests for additional information.
