Enclosed is an application (XSNM3835), dated April 4, 2023, received by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, from TN Americas LLC. The application requests the export of low-enriched uranium, of 50 kilograms (kg) uranium metal fragments, enriched up to 19.95%,
containing up to 9.975 kg U-235, first to France for fuel fabrication and then to The Netherlands to be supplied in the form of fuel reload at the Delft University of Technology Faculty of Applied Sciences Reactor Institute Delft.
Assurances from EURATOM that the material will be subject to all the terms and conditions of an agreement for cooperation are required. Your assistance in obtaining the necessary assurances will be appreciated.
