ANO Unit 2 2023-03 Draft Operating Test Comments NOTE: This summary is being provided in lieu of Form 2.3-3, Operating Test Review Worksheet, because the licensees operating test submittal was reviewed and overall deemed SATISFACTORY.
Scenario 1:
Add page numbers (generic comment) o added page numbers to Scen 1 Delete second (f) in Event 1 o deleted repeat step in event 1 Event 2 - second cue 2B-64 (not 54) o corrected breaker designation from 54 to 64 Events 3 and 4 are one event o combined events 3&4 and re-numbered Only one MC on main event; add additional MC for letdown control in event 5 o removed MC from event 5 for ATC, added ATC MC for letdown control (now event 4 after combining previous two events)
Add cooldown steps in main event o Added Exhibit 3 steps for initiating a cooldown using SDBCS.
Ensure 2nd TS call accurate (action C) o corrected leakage TS call from B to C Updated Event 4 section for restoration of letdown from normal procedure section to standard attachment 59.

Scenario 3:
Event 5 - SGTL is in B SG o corrected leaking steam generator to B in event 5 description Event 6 - start one HPSI pump - add note that swing pump may be started o added note above CT-2 reference that crew may elect to start standby HPSI pump rather than starting A/B HPSI pumps which failed to start automatically.
Terminate scenario when order given to outside operator to isolate B SG o updated termination criteria to include giving the order to field operator to perform local isolation of the B SG added page numbers added steps for reducing turbine load to event 4 Scenario 4: N/A JPM S1 Change validation time to 10 minutes o validation time changed from 7 minutes to 10 minutes Ensure all JPMs have alt path/time critical info on cover page (generic comment) o added alternate path/time critical line to cover page fixed step numbers which were off JPM S-2 Not really alt path (RO only; ROs had one extra alt path, so it doesnt matter) o JPM has two steps, first to evaluate HPSI termination criteria and if satisfactory and, if determined satisfactory, move on to step for terminating LPSI pumps. As alternate path, RO evaluates HPSI termination criteria and determines that throttling criteria is not met and has to perform contingency actions to realign the system. Alternate path due to evaluating unexpected system response, differs from normal success path, and requires analyzing IC to determine that realigning the system is required.
