Items 2 B (2) b and c: Have been deleted due to experiments utilizing these materials are no longer performed.
Items 2 B (2) d and e: Have been combined and re-written as Item 2 B (2) b.
Item 2 B (4): Has been deleted due to experiments utilizing these materials are no longer performed.
Item 2 B (2) d: GEH has requested a reduction in the SNM limit. Requirements of LC 2 B (2) d and 2 B (2) e have been combined into new LC 2 B (2) b.
Proposed LC 2.B.(3).b: adding a limit of 0.03 curies to byproduct material in the form of sealed sources for instrument calibration and source checks.

Hi Tom, as discussed, attached is a draft of the proposed renewal license for GEH NTR.
Please perform a final review and advise if any changes are needed.
Also, GEH staff requested removal of license conditions (LCs): 2.B.(2) b, 2.B.(2) c, and 2.B.
(4), as they are no longer needed. Provide affirmation of your request to remove these LCs in your email response.
GEH also requested a change (reduction) in the SNM limits provided in current LC 2.B.(2) d., and that the requirements be combined with current LC 2.B.(2).e. in proposed LC 2.B.
(2).b. Provide affirmation of this change.
Finally, note that your email response will need to include an Oath and Affirmation statement, and will be made publicly available in our documents system, ADAMS.
