Opportunity to review and comment on an NRC information collection renewal of NRC Forms 366, 366A, and 366B, Licensee Event Report

Tony, This got published a bit quicker than I expected. Feedback is due June 6, so I didnt want to wait to send it to you. Below is the form email. If you have other interested stakeholders, please send me their email addresses and I will send them an email. We are requested to contact 4-5 stakeholders and not more than 9.

Have a good weekend, Lisa The Nuclear Regulatory Commission recently published a Federal Register Notice announcing our intent to submit an information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for NRC Forms 366, 366A, and 366B, Licensee Event Report. A supporting statement describing the requested information is available at http://regulations.gov by searching docket NRC-2022-0169.

As a potential respondent to this information collection, we are interested in your feedback. Specifically, we are seeking input on the following questions by June 6, 2023:

1. Is the proposed collection of information necessary for the NRC to properly perform its functions? Does the information have practical utility? Please explain your response.
2. Is the burden estimate accurate? Please explain your response.
3. Is there a way to enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the information to be collected?
4. How can the burden of the information collection be minimized, including the use of automated collection techniques or other forms of information technology?

Comments can be submitted by going to http://www.regulations.gov and searching for Docket No. NRC-2022-0169. Please note that comments will be made available for public inspection. Because your comments will not be edited to remove any identifying or contact information, the NRC cautions you against including any information in your submission that you do not want to be publicly disclosed.

If you have any questions regarding this correspondence, please contact me via email or telephone.
