License Amendment Request (LAR) 23-03, Revision 12 to the Movement Plan In accordance 10 CFR 70.34, Louisiana Energy Services (LES), dba Urenco USA (UUSA),

hereby requests approval of an amendment to Materials License SNM-2010 to revise License Condition 10k and requests approval of revision 12 of the Movement Plan for Transportation of Classified Centrifuge Components/Materials between Tripartite Countries and the US. provides the background, proposed change and basis for the change. Enclosure 2 includes Revision 12 of the Movement Plan.

Enclosures 1 & 2 contain Security-Related Information and disclosure to the public could present a security vulnerability. UUSA requests that these enclosures be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1).
