This license is amended to: 1) update the licensee's address; and 2) extend the date of expiration from December 31, 2023 to December 31, 2026.
The licensee is authorized to export a cumulative total of 12,000,000 kilograms of natural uranium in the form of uranium ore concentrate (U308). The uranium authorized for export is to be returned to the United States. Canada must obtain U.S. approval before the material is re-transferred.
All prior conditions remain the same.
