By "NMP1L3477, License Amendment Request - Application to Partially Adopt Technical Specification Task Force (TSTF) Traveler TSTF-568, Revision 2, Revise Applicability of BWR/4 TS 3.6.2.5 and [[TS" contains a listed "[" character as part of the property label and has therefore been classified as invalid., to Revise.|letter dated August 12, 2022]] (Reference), Constellation Energy Generation, LLC (CEG) requested a change to Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station, Unit 1 (NMP1) Technical Specifications (TS). The proposed change modifies NMP1 TS 3.3.1, Oxygen Concentration, to adopt the inerting/de-inerting requirements of Technical Specification Task Force (TSTF)
Traveler TSTF-568, Revision 2, which require inerting the primary containment to less than 4 percent by volume oxygen concentration within 72 hours8.333333e-4 days <br />0.02 hours <br />1.190476e-4 weeks <br />2.7396e-5 months <br /> while in the power operating condition.
Through standard communication with the NRC Sr. Project Manager for NMP1, typographical errors were discovered where the incorrect TSTF number was used on pages 1 and 3 of Attachment 1 in the license amendment request application referenced above.
This Supplemental Information corrects those typographical errors.
CEG has reviewed the information supporting a finding of no significant hazards consideration and the environmental consideration provided to the NRC in the referenced document. The supplemental information provided in this letter does not affect the bases for concluding that the proposed license amendment does not involve a significant hazards
U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Supplemental Information NMP1 Containment Oxygen Concentration Docket No. 50-220 April 4, 2023 Page 2 consideration. Furthermore, the supplemental information provided in this letter does not affect the bases for concluding that neither an environmental impact statement nor an environmental assessment needs to be prepared in connection with the proposed amendment.
There are no regulatory commitments contained in this supplement.
In accordance with 10 CFR 50.91, "Notice for public comment; State consultation,"
paragraph (b), CEG is notifying the State of New York of this application of license amendment by transmitting a copy of this letter and its attachments to the designated State Official.

Supplemental Information NMP1 Containment Oxygen Concentration Page 1 of 1 Docket No. 50-220 SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION This Supplemental Information corrects typographical errors in five instances where the incorrect TSTF number was used on pages 1 and 3 of Attachment 1 in the referenced license amendment request application. In all five instances, this supplemental information replaces TSTF-582 with TSTF-568 to be consistent with the rest of the reference document.
