Dear Amir Vexler:
As requested by your letter dated February 23, 2023 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System [ADAMS] Accession No. ML23054A178), enclosed is Certificate of Compliance No. 9342, Revision 18, for the Model No. Versa-Pac package. The staffs safety evaluation report is also enclosed.
This approval constitutes authority to use the package for shipment of radioactive material and for the package to be shipped in accordance with the provisions of Title 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations Section 173.471.If you have any questions regarding this certificate, please contact Nishka Devaser of my staff at Nishka.Devaser@nrc.gov.
