Enclosed is an application (XCOM1358), dated March 29, 2023, received by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, from Penn United Technologies, Inc., for the export of components classified under title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 110, Appendix A, Item 11, to fabricate top and bottom flow plates to be incorporated into the VVER 440 fuel assemblies at Westinghouse, Sweden and then shipped to the Rivne Nuclear Power Plant, Units 1-2 in Ukraine.
Your assistance in obtaining the necessary assurances, per Part 110.42(b), from the Governments of Ukraine and Sweden will be appreciated.
